RMA A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) must be obtained from our RMA department and is required for ALL returns. RMA units must be returned within 7 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization # at which time the Return Authorization # expires. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the copy of invoice, serial number intact, and all components, manuals included. Product that is returned incomplete, or damaged, -- if accepted -- will require a deduction. This deduction is final.
